To do my reflection I decided to draw an animation to illustrate and do a voiceover, I also included some slides to condense some information. I think the animation is very cute and kind of an attention hook. It took some time to finally complete it as I first drew the animation and timed each frame so it matches the voiceover. The Finished Collection Welcome back my beautifuls for today's blog post! Today I am happy to announce that we have finally finished our entire project! I! I just have to say it was sure an interesting and fun experience. I tried and learned a lot of techniques regarding media including learning about different angles, shot sizes, camera movements. I even made my very own story boarding twice! I also learned about the miss and scene of movie making and how costuming, the setting, actors, lighting, all of that can add so much characteristics and improved story telling to a movie. When making our project there were lot of things we could use, and making the right choices in our movie making did put up a challenge for us. Creating a story opening with the mood we wanted to convey and to tell our storyline required us to think about a lot of components when it comes to movie making so we could make this project something we can be proud of presenting.  Favorite Designs Welcome back my beautifuls for today's blog post, today I will be going over my favorite parts of our finished project, and I have to say I have a lot of things to discuss with you guys, so let's jump right into it! First things first the immediate factor that catches my attention was the soundtrack. It right off the bat gives a girly and happy tone to the scenes, so it is very fitting and creates a great mood when watching. It fits this genre so well and conveys the personality cues of the main character, so it is definitely one of my favorite parts in the movie. Moreover, I also very much liked the title sequencing, I think it was executed so well, just as we imagined it, or even better. It creates a casual vibe to the movie as it creates a focus on the makeup and Gigi getting ready. What If I Style This Differently? Welcome back my beautifuls for todays blog post, in todays blog we will be going over the famous "what if?" situation. In my last blog I talked about how the entire movie story would probably go, so know I want to add a little twist and think about other story possibilities we could have created for our main character. I first got the idea to do this form the show that marvel produced "what if?" I became fond of this concept as I am interested in all the ways this story could have been shaped differently. You know, maybe a different ending, a different alternative that you might not have thought of. But that is enough blabbering and let's jump to our point: What if Gigi's mother didn't die yet? This is a heavy concept to start off with but it is also the most interesting one!  A Wole Years Collection Welcome back my beautifuls for today's blog post, and in this blog I wanted to talk about how this movie opening would continue if we made a full production for it. First things first I think one of the most important aspect would be how her and her fathers relationship would grow throughout the movie. As it can be assumed Gigi does not take liking to her father not being there for her most of the time. However as she progresses throughout her journey she realizes her fathers determination and love for Gigi, progressively making the relationship between them better. And help each other through their grieving of the loss of a wife and a mother. Thoughts About The Collection Welcome back my beautifuls for todays blog post! Today I wanted to share everyone's perspective on the project. I think we are all very excited to share our project and we were even more excited when we watched the finished product. It is such as rewarding feeling when you are able to just sit back and watch this movie that we all worked hard on. So as for me, when I first fully watched our finished project I definitely felt a sense of relief. It was stressful trying to make everything work and putting everything together to make this look the best as we can. After watching it I even felt like it was better than I anticipated so I could not stop talking about it. I think my favorite was the title sequencing and the way we fitted it into the scenes looked very cute and gave the vibe we wanted to go for. So the feeling of success sure as hell felt amazing. Finishing Touches  Welcome back my beautifuls for todays blog post! Today i will be discussing how our third day of editing went, to be more specific how we managed to add sound to our project. So after getting our scenes together and cutting down our project to the required length we decided ti was finally time to add all of the sounds we needed to add. I refilmed most of the previously done foley stage sounds as some of them were just not that accurate so it took a few tries to get it perfectly. For example, the sound of the character walking down the stage had to nicely line up with the video which didn't happen on the first try, but we managed to get it done. I also filmed some other smaller sounds such as the make-up brush being put on the table, this added everything to be detailed and realistic, we had to make sure every sound see was met.  What Inspired My Style Welcome back beautifuls for todays blog post! Today i will be talking about movies that really inspired me when it came to our movie project! To start off with I like coming-of-age movies that are a little bit on the sadder side and not always has the happiest endings but still conveys an important message and slef-development of the characters. These types of films can really make you self-reflect on things. I love when a movie can just grab me in this way, that is why I wanted to do something like it.   The Perfect Winter Collection Welcome back my beautifuls for todays blog post, today I will be discussing things that I may have done different if i were to redo this project. This was my first time taking on filming a movie, so I went into this at first more blindly as I was not sure what exactly to do and how. Then overtime I got to learn and start to get the hang of it. So if I were to redo this whole thing with the experience I have now how would I do it? First things firts I feel like I would want to do more preperation before starting out project. Actors When I think about actors playing a teenager the first one  that immediately pops to my mind is the DIVA herself: Zendaya. She started her carrier off at Disney channel and even already then she was known foe her teenage movies she is in, such as shake it, and K.C. undercover, but what later on really grabbed my attention is her phenomenal acting in Euphoria, which is a show about teenagers that includes lots of ups and down making it an emotional rollercoaster to watch, so I know she would do amazing for a coming -of-age movie that requires lots of emotions.  Costumes As for the costumes I would not change a lot to be honest.
