What to Prepare for The Runway Welcome back beutifuls for todays blog post, I will be discussing how my group is preparing to start the filming of are movie! There is a lot of things to talk about so let's not waist time and let us jump into it! So to start off with we pretty much know exactly how we are going to film, considering angles, lighting, props and such. Now you may be wondering what is the use of story boarding? It helps us know before hand the scenes we want to have, including the placement, lighting, shots that we want to have to create the type of movie opening we want. Putting Fashion On Mood Welcome back my beautifuls for todays blog  Today we will be doing our mood board for our movie opening. To start off we wanted to establish a more moody and lonely tone as well as putting some emphasize on the story of the movie as well. So how did we end up choosing the pictures we decided on? Well first of all we wanted to emphasize the family dynamic of our main character. We did this by including father- daughter pictures as well as one picture of them with her mother as well, however going off the same idea we used a white roses picture to symbolize the passing of a character (her mother) than we also included pictures indicating missed calls and messages as to show the distance of her father.  Next on we needed to move on the birthday idea it self. Final Idea for The Runway  Welcome back my beautifuls today I will be talking about the final project idea me and my group ended up deciding on. We decided to go off the coming of age movie idea, so what does this mean? We want to create the movie opening in a storyline where our main character is a teenage girl who's mother has just passed away recently and her 18th birthday will be her first birthday celebrating without her. Some more details to the plot line include her father who is mostly absent from her life due to working all the time. By this we want to create a coming-of-age genre movie opening with a sadder tone. Aside from the gloomier mood we also want to include a nostalgic sensation as the main character reflects while spending her 18th birthday alone. I also believe that working with this genre can be relatable to us, which allows us to make it as realistic as possible. Brainstorming in Style Welcome back my beautifuls! In todays blog I will be talking about our group ideas for our moving opening! The first step to creating our movie opening is to brainstorm and think through how we want to approach this project. We sure did come up with lots of ideas, so let's get right into it! The first thing we had discussed is what genre did we want to do. At first I was thinking using horror as a genre, it seemed like and interesting genre to work with and could be really entertaining.
