 Welcome back beautifuls for todays blog post! Today we will be discussing out groups choice of supporting character. 

In the movie opening there is actually no supporting character appearing visually, there is a significant message

from a supporting character, Gigi's dad, following a voicemail that starts to shape the storyline of the movie as well as the first time the watcher is introduced to another side of Gigi, which is anger she feels. We first see  Gigi's and her dads relationship, and see the resentment Gigi feels for her father being more absent, while on the other hand we can assume from the tone of the voicemail that her father does care for Gigi and feels sorry for not being there for her. We choose to do this to emphasize Gigi's loneliness, furthermore the including of the family picture emphasizes the sadness of the character as she is reminded of the tragedy of loosing her mother. By her getting ready for her birthday alone in the opening of the movie it suggests to the watcher to grasp a small concept of the movie as well as it serves as a good introduction to get familiar with the main character.

Both of the parents would play a major role further along the

movie, as even though the mother had passed away this event creates the main mental battle Gigi has to go through for her self-growth to learn how to deal with loosing a loved one. On the other hand the Dad plays a major role in showing the audience how Gigi is figuring herself out and how this effect of people around her. Their relationship would represent Gigi's self growth as from going from a resentment feeling towards his father for being absent to in the end being at peace with him as well as learning to be independent and live on with her mothers memories.

CCR  Welcome back my beautifuls in todays blog I will be discussing my reflection I had regarding the project! To do my reflection I decided to draw an animation to illustrate and do a voiceover, I also included some slides to condense some information. I think the animation is very cute and kind of an attention hook. It took some time to finally complete it as I first drew the animation and timed each frame so it matches the voiceover. The Finished Collection Welcome back my beautifuls for today's blog post! Today I am happy to announce that we have finally finished our entire project! I! I just have to say it was sure an interesting and fun experience. I tried and learned a lot of techniques regarding media including learning about different angles, shot sizes, camera movements. I even made my very own story boarding twice! I also learned about the miss and scene of movie making and how costuming, the setting, actors, lighting, all of that can add so much characteristics and improved story telling to a movie. When making our project there were lot of things we could use, and making the right choices in our movie making did put up a challenge for us. Creating a story opening with the mood we wanted to convey and to tell our storyline required us to think about a lot of components when it comes to movie making so we could make this project something we can be proud of presenting.
