The Progress of Fast-Fashion


Welcome back guys for todays blog post! Today we will be talking about our overall progression of out project of how it is going, things we need to get done and all that good stuff. So let's jump right to it!

First of all we did got a lot of things done. So as you guys know we are doing a movie opening project, where we film a

two minute long movie opening, we decided to do a coming of age movie about a teenage girl, Gigi, who is just turning 18 however her mother has sadly past away and her father is not very much present due to work. The movie is about Gigi's personal development of self growth and learning grievance while also learning how to be and adult by herself. 

To start off after a lot of brainstorming we made our story board and damn that sure took up a lot of our time. As for the drawings I was responsible doing them and for the descriptions two other of m group members finished it off. This made our filming day be more efficient since we

could have something to fall back on and follow a sequence of scenes we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it. 

Then we did some research on our title sequencing which I discussed in two of my previous blogs so be sure to check those out!

Then of course we did our second day of filming which was lots of fun but we also had run into troubles here and there, but overall it all worked out in the end. We managed to get down some pretty solid scenes which we could use for our project. However we planned some refilming to add one or two additional scenes that we thought would add to our character and the plot. I will be elaborating more on the second day on

filming on one of my upcoming blogs, so stay tuned for that!

After our second day of filming we did ended up changing one or two things regarding our story board so we will have to update on that as well which will also be a coming up blog post, but for now as a teaser we included more emotional scenes to emphasize Gigi's emotional state.

Right now we are really trying to put some finishing touches together regarding our project. One of the group members Thu are mostly handling the editing so we are just checking up on that every week and tweaking it here and there to perfect it.

CCR  Welcome back my beautifuls in todays blog I will be discussing my reflection I had regarding the project! To do my reflection I decided to draw an animation to illustrate and do a voiceover, I also included some slides to condense some information. I think the animation is very cute and kind of an attention hook. It took some time to finally complete it as I first drew the animation and timed each frame so it matches the voiceover. The Finished Runway Looks

The Finished Collection Welcome back my beautifuls for today's blog post! Today I am happy to announce that we have finally finished our entire project! I! I just have to say it was sure an interesting and fun experience. I tried and learned a lot of techniques regarding media including learning about different angles, shot sizes, camera movements. I even made my very own story boarding twice! I also learned about the miss and scene of movie making and how costuming, the setting, actors, lighting, all of that can add so much characteristics and improved story telling to a movie. When making our project there were lot of things we could use, and making the right choices in our movie making did put up a challenge for us. Creating a story opening with the mood we wanted to convey and to tell our storyline required us to think about a lot of components when it comes to movie making so we could make this project something we can be proud of presenting.
